Vulgar Vinyl is a collection of paranormal parody illustrations by Shann Wahl and Melody Clark, two passionate enthusiasts of both music and all things haunted. Within the pages of these zines, classic album covers are swallowed and spat out by unearthed entities and monstrous apparitions. Much like hypnotic ditties in liquorice-black vinyl, these demons have been caught and ensnared on paper by our two artists.
Vulgar Vinyl plays terrifying tributes to recording artists such as The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Simon & Garfunkel, Notorious B.I.G, The Supremes, Grace Jones and more!
This spectre-filled set includes:
Vulgar Vinyl Issue One-Chart-Topping Chillers
Vulgar Vinyl Issue Two- Smash Hit Horrors
Each 12 page zine is in full colour and professionally printed using 170gsm and 130gsm paper.
This set also includes TWO A5 300gsm prints chosen at random (each sale is guaranteed one design by each artist).

ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Shann is a Lincoln based queer artist with a love for horror, folklore and all things weird. They make zines on topics such as being LGBTQ+, their cats and pop culture. She is influenced by tattoo art and vintage illustration. You’ll probably find them sipping coffee at local shops, or perhaps in a bush somewhere, who knows.
Rumour has it that illustrator, poet and gravestone cowboy Melody Clark is the secret love child of Alice Cooper and Miss Piggy – or was it Vampira and Bernard Cribbins? Fuelled by a strict diet of whiskey and Yorkshire puddings, she creates all kinds of odd art from her cavern in the Lincolnshire Wolds.
